Description: Parcel boundaries are maintained by the GIS Division and updated during the final plat process and as new plats are recorded.Deleted parcels are not removed from feature class. If it is detected from the above methods that the parcel no longer exists, the Status of the feature class is changed to "Retired". User should use a query expression to take out "Retired" polygons if the intention is to display only existing parcels.
